Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Remnant Apparel®. All products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted print-on-demand production partner. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ship products directly to our customers.

Order Processing & Production Time

Because each item is custom produced, orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production time may vary depending on the product type, order volume, and seasonal demand.

During high-volume periods such as product launches or holidays, production times may be extended.

Shipping Time Estimates

After production is completed, orders are shipped via standard carriers. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Canada: approximately 5–10 business days
  • Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
  • International (other regions): approximately 10–20 business days

These shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected products, and available shipping methods. Rates are provided through our fulfillment partner’s integration with Shopify and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple product types, items may be fulfilled at different facilities and shipped separately. In such cases, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking notifications for a single order.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship internationally, including to select European countries. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the carrier and fulfillment partner to review the issue.
