Thank you for shopping with THE REMNANT APPAREL. Each item we produce is made to order with care, purpose, and attention to detail. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Print on Demand Products

All products sold by THE REMNANT APPAREL are custom made print-on-demand items. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and color options before completing their purchase.

Quality Issues or Fulfillment Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during fulfillment or shipping, we will gladly assist you.

Eligible issues include:

  • Misprints or incorrect designs
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Items that differ significantly from what was ordered

When an issue is reported, we will coordinate with our production partner to investigate and resolve confirmed defects or fulfillment errors.

In these cases, a replacement or refund will be issued at no cost to you once the issue is verified.

Return Request Window

Claims for quality-related issues must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please contact us at support@theremnantapparelshop.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Return Shipping

For approved quality-related issues, customers may be asked to return the item. Return instructions will be provided if required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Final Sale Items

All products sold by THE REMNANT APPAREL are considered final sale unless a verified quality issue is present.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the claim has been reviewed and accepted. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
